Dosage: For 1,000 grams of mix, 1,000 grams of strong flour, 300 - 330 grams of cold water, and 100 grams of yeast.

Instructions: Knead the mix and the yeast, gradually add the water. Rest and braid before baking at 170 – 180°C.

Storage: In a shaded and cool place.
