The filter is made from professional-quality B270 glass, with high hardness (9H) resistant to scratches. Light transmission is 99.5%, with an extremely low surface reflectance of 0.3% — for clear images and faithful color reproduction, without light loss or additional reflections.

18 Layers of Nano Multicoatings
Both sides of the filter feature 18 layers of nano multicoatings with multiple properties:

• Hydrophobic: water slides off the surface, easy cleaning

How to Choose the Right Diameter
The filter diameter must match the diameter of your lens thread. This value is marked on the lens or the front cap, preceded by the symbol Ø (e.g., Ø67 means a 67mm thread). Select the filter variant with the same diameter.

Why Use a Protective UV Filter
The UV filter serves a dual purpose: it filters ultraviolet rays (reducing atmospheric haze and blue tones, especially at altitude or near the sea) and, more importantly for modern digital cameras, naturally protects the front element of the lens.
