The flexible mold for 15 hemispheres from the Moul'flex series by de Buyer is suitable for preparing desserts that require freezing and baking.
Made of platinum-cured silicone, resistant to temperatures between -40 °C and +280 °C, the flexible mold features:
- Excellent conductivity for cold and heat.
- Natural resistance, preventing cakes from sticking.
- Ease of removing products from its surface.
It can be used in a conventional oven, microwave oven, and bain-marie. It is recommended to place it on a perforated tray before placing it in the oven. The product should be cleaned by hand only.
