Description

HIDROFOR Expansion Vessel 50L, 6 bar, 1". The Micul Fermier GF-0726 Expansion Vessel is multifunctional with a reversible membrane, suitable for heating and water supply systems. It is ideal for heating, cooling, drinking water, and solar energy applications.

The vessel is installed horizontally on a self-supporting base, with a side connection. Capacity: 50 liters. The hydrophore vessel with a reversible membrane includes an air cushion that ensures the permanent maintenance of water pressure in a piping network. It is used in hydrophore systems for protection against network pressures.

Use: The hydrophore vessel is used in water supply installations for operation in hydrophore mode. It stores a quantity of water and reduces pump starts/stops as well as absorbs hydraulic shocks. The water pressure in the pressure vessel and the users' network is maintained by the air cushion. This pressure varies within the limits set by the pressure switch and is kept within these values by an electric pump, which starts and stops based on the pressure switch commands.

The air cushion is created by the air pump in the vessel through a valve located at one end of the vessel. The initial air pressure in the vessel (measured at the air valve) should be approximately 1.5 bar. The air cushion allows a quantity of water to accumulate in the vessel, which can be used without starting the pump. This quantity accumulates in the vessel each time after all consumers have been closed until the pump stops.

Technical data:

  • Construction: steel alloy, finished, painted.
  • Membrane: flexible synthetic rubber.
  • Maximum working pressure: 6 bar.
