The DAP Com-btx Bluetooth receiver connects directly to an XLR input and turns an active speaker into a Bluetooth speaker. It supports aptX, AAC and SBC audio codecs, and provides a mono output via a male XLR connector and a stereo output via a 3.5 mm TRS jack.
When two receivers are used as a stereo pair, the mono output can be set to transmit the left or right channel. The built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides at least 8 hours of operation at a moderate signal level. Charging is via the micro-USB port with a 5 V USB charger. A USB-A to micro-USB cable is included.
