The device I received was defective from the very first use. It powers on normally and the mixer and compressor work, but there is no cooling at all. After more than 20 minutes of operation in Slush mode, the temperature remained at 28.2°C and the cooling cylinder stayed at room temperature. For this type of device, it may be preferable to choose a more expensive but proven brand, as the cooling system is the most important and most critical part of the device.
