Mint essential oil, with menthol as its main component, is extracted from the young shoots and flowers of the mint plant. The oil has a characteristic fresh, minty sensation.

Menthol creates a subtle cooling sensation when it comes into contact with the skin. It is excellent for relieving headaches, muscle and joint pains. Mint essential oil ideally refreshes the air at home, while its aroma helps reduce stress, supports concentration, and refreshes the mind.

Usage:

• Natural essential oils can be used in humidifiers.
• A few drops of oil can be added to the washing machine drum along with detergent or sprayed on already washed clothes for a pleasant scent.
• A cotton pad soaked with the oil placed in the vacuum cleaner will give the room a beautiful scent and neutralize unpleasant odors.
• Spraying on a diffuser in a car or home will provide a pleasant aromatic sensation.
• The oil can also be sprayed on a dry air freshener or used to refill an empty air freshener.
• A few drops in a trash bag hide unpleasant odors from the bin.

Contraindications:

Do not use orally or during pregnancy. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
