The roof bar is mounted on the factory mounting points – protruding axles with holes in the middle. Each foot is placed on a protruding axle. The set contains all the necessary components for installing the roof bar.
The aluminum oval axle allows the installation of elements on the upper rail "by sliding" and is significantly quieter than standard copper rods.
