    It does not require a pump to inflate but inflates by itself up to 90% once the air valve is opened, while you will need to add a little air by mouth. Its thickness ranges from 2 to 8cm and it offers very good insulation on cold ground.

  • R-Value

    Indicates how well a sleeping pad insulates from the cold ground. The higher it is, the better the insulation and the warmer you will stay in low temperatures. For very cold conditions, you will need an R-Value of 4 or more.

    These pads are suitable for temperatures from 0°C to +5°C, with a thickness ranging from 5 to 7cm. They are 3-season and therefore recommended for use in spring / summer / autumn.
