The Ajax Hub2 alarm control panel connects via Ethernet or a 2G GSM mobile network and supports two micro SIM cards. It can connect up to 100 devices, 50 users, 50 rooms, 9 zones and 10 sirens, as well as up to 25 cameras or DVRs. It supports alarm verification with photos via MotionCam and up to 32 scenarios.

Communication with devices is bidirectional, with a range of up to 2,000 m, at a frequency of 868.0–868.6 MHz, using AES encryption and automatic adjustment of the transmission power up to 25 mW. The alarm response time is 0.15 s, while notifications are sent via GSM, phone call or push notification. It features dual tamper protection and jamming detection.
