Description

Description

The Rolson 14500 clamp is designed to perform straight cross cuts, rip cuts, and guide milling on boards and other materials. When attached to opposite edges of the workpiece, it creates a straight guide line for power tools.

The adjustable mechanism allows the clamp to accommodate materials up to 1270 mm in width. The tool can be used with circular saws, plunge saws, and routers, helping to reduce deviations that occur when operating without a guide rail.

The body is made from aluminum extrusion profile, combining lightweight with the rigidity required during cutting. A copper tension rod runs through the clamp, maintaining pressure and secure positioning of the tool on the workpiece.

The clamp is secured using nylon jaws and a cam locking mechanism. The quick-release clamp allows fast locking of the clamp, while the nylon jaw surfaces help reduce the risk of leaving marks on the board.

The adjustable support system allows working with materials of various thicknesses. The clamp is ideal for cutting wood panels, creating straight grooves, routing, and other tasks that require a straight guide line.
