The omnidirectional mobility action has evolved, allowing you to fly through the air with even greater freedom. Titans now move in more varied and unpredictable ways, making them an even deadlier threat. Together, these upgrades deliver intense battles where you read the movements of each Titan in motion and neutralize them with agile, responsive tactics. You can also enable simple controls so that even players who are unsure about action games can perform maneuvers worthy of a seasoned Scout. 

A new feature, Special External Missions, makes its debut in this title. Along with your companions, you will undertake life-and-death missions in the vast and dangerous world outside the walls. Facing the overwhelming threat of the approaching Titans, whether you move forward or retreat is a decision assigned to you by the team leader.
