Description

The Rolson 14584 clamp is designed for securing large elements during welding, assembly, and woodworking tasks. The aluminum construction facilitates the placement and operation of the tool during work with boards, strips, frames, and other wooden components.

This model features an anodized, extruded aluminum bar with a closed U-profile. The maximum distance between the jaws is 1130 mm, while the nominal size of the clamp is 1200 mm.

The quick adjustment mechanism with a spring allows smooth sliding of the movable jaw along the guide. Its position can be manually adjusted in 25 mm steps, making it easier to preliminarily set the tool according to the size of the workpiece.

After positioning the jaw, the final clamping force is adjusted with a T-handle screw. The screw mechanism offers an additional adjustment range of 43 mm, allowing gradual increase of pressure.

The cast head and foot reinforce the construction's sturdiness, while the jaws measuring 40 × 42 mm provide stable support for the material being held. The combined use of the aluminum bar with the quick adjustment mechanism facilitates work on longer-lasting constructions.
