Cekol ZW04 Plaster
Weight: 5 kg
Cekol ZW04 is a plaster used for filling voids and leveling walls and floors. It can also be used as a material for creating a floor screed. Using Cekol ZW04 plaster as a screed reduces the consumption of adhesives and self-leveling compounds during renovation and finishing work. Cekol ZW04 is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
Advantages:
- Layer thickness from 3 to 50 mm
- Suitable for standard and heated surfaces
- Excellent void filling
- Leveling of entire surfaces
- For walls and floors
- Compatible with all finishing materials
Application: Pour the contents of the package into cold water at a ratio of 0.16 to 0.18 liters of water per 1 kg of dry powder and mix thoroughly, preferably with a mechanical mixer. Pour the powder into the water. The plaster is ready for use immediately after mixing and retains its properties for 2 hours. If it thickens during this time, mix it again without adding water. Apply the plaster to the prepared, sealed substrate using a trowel or a smooth steel float. It can be applied in layers up to about 50 mm thick at a time. The plaster should be protected from rapid drying. Fresh plaster requires the care typical of cement mortars. Tiling can begin after about 48 hours. Floor coverings, parquet, and boards can be installed after drying to a moisture content of 2%.
