Infrared ear thermometer with a 1-second measurement, ACCUsens for correct positioning, and a sensor that detects whether the sensor cover is fitted correctly. The Touch-free Ejector allows the used cover to be removed without touching it. It also features Silent Glow / Fever Alarm and memory for 30 measurements.

Proper Use for Reliable Results

  • Fit a new, undamaged Microlife probe cover and ensure it is correctly attached.
  • Straighten the ear canal: pull back for children under 1 year; pull up and back for children aged 1 year and over.
  • Insert the probe firmly. The ACCUsens “good” indicator confirms correct positioning.
  • After measuring, remove the cover using the Touch-free Ejector and dispose of it.

Measurement time:  An ear measurement takes approximately 1 second.

Important: The IR 310 features Silent Glow / Fever Alarm.
