The Thule 982 bike frame adapter is fitted between the seat post and the cut handlebar. The adapter’s design allows it to be installed only if the measured distance between the ends of the two tubes is between 580 mm and 670 mm. It is also suitable for thin carbon fiber bike frames. It is compatible with both hanging bike arms and platforms, in cases where direct attachment to the bike frame is not possible.
