The Boos Block KNEB17 wooden cutting board features an overhanging lip that rests on the edge of the countertop, keeping it stable while cutting, chopping and kneading. It is double-sided: one side has a groove to collect liquids, while the other is smooth and suitable for preparing ingredients, rolling out dough and kneading.

It is made from solid North American hard maple with an edge-grain construction that is gentle on knife blades. Its surface has been treated with Boos Blocks® Cream and beeswax.
