Ingredients: Water, alcohol, glycerin, sodium hydroxide solution, acrylic/vinyl isodecanoate crosslinked polymer, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, D-glucosamine sulfate, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, hot red pepper, menthol.

Directions for use: Recommended daily dose – apply a thin layer of the gel where needed and gently rub until absorbed. Can be applied up to six times a day.
