Headache relief patches are adhesive stickers applied to acupuncture points based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to alleviate discomfort associated with headaches. Their formula combines classic TCM ingredients such as Ligusticum, wild angelica, snow lotus, saffron, and processed aconite.

These patches are unique because they are not applied directly to the head but to acupuncture points on the soles of the feet or behind the ears – areas that, according to TCM, are related to the meridians that run through the brain. Each patch provides a soothing effect for 8 to 12 hours. When the tension in the head is reduced and the feeling of heaviness subsides, even an ordinary day becomes more bearable.

Ingredients and Properties

• Ligusticum (Ligusticum chuanxiong) – A TCM botanical remedy that improves blood circulation in the brain and removes stagnation.
• Snow Lotus (Saussurea laniceps) – An alpine plant used for headaches caused by cold and dampness.
• Angelica Root and Hairy Angelica – Help break down “wind and cold” and improve circulation in the upper body.

How to Use

• Prepare the skin – clean and dry the soles or the area behind the ears.
• Remove the protective film from the patch.
• Apply the patch to the selected acupuncture point and press lightly for good adhesion.
• Leave it on for 8–12 hours (usually overnight).
• If necessary, apply a new patch after at least 4 hours from the previous application.
