Almond Oil with Vitamin E, 50 ml

Almond oil is 100% cold-pressed from the seeds of the sweet almond (Prunus dulcis), enriched with vitamin E. The oil acts as an antioxidant and supports normal cellular health, as well as the normal condition of hair, skin, nails, and tissues. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, which nourish the body. It is recommended to take one teaspoon daily as a plant-based source of beneficial fatty acids.

Properties of Key Ingredients

• Almond Oil: Cold-pressed almond oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. It supports the normal condition of skin and hair and is characterized by a mild flavor and good tolerance. Cold pressing preserves the valuable substances from the almond seeds.

Consumption and Appropriate Cases

The recommended dose is 1 teaspoon (about 5 ml) once daily for adults over 18 years old. The oil can be taken directly or added to cold dishes. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
