The ingredients are very simple: dry yeast, wheat flour, and sea salt – all from organic production.

Basic ingredient properties:

• Dry Yeast (organic): Yeasts are single-celled fungi, mainly known from baking and brewing. In this product, they undergo special thermal processing, then are dried and formed into flakes. This process makes them inactive – they do not cause fermentation and can be added directly to dishes.
• Wheat Flour and Sea Salt (organic): These two ingredients are added in small amounts to provide the desired texture and a mild saltiness to the flakes. The sea salt is natural and also certified organic. Due to the wheat flour, the product contains gluten.
