ID 212 - Concentrated Instrument Disinfectant 2.5 L

DÜRR DENTAL ID 212 is a concentrated solution for the simultaneous cleaning and disinfection of dental instruments. It is suitable for general, surgical, and rotary instruments, offering effective disinfection with particular emphasis on material compatibility.

Its formulation is also suitable for instruments containing rubber or silicone, while the short contact time makes the daily instrument reprocessing workflow in the dental practice easier.

Activity spectrum

• Bactericidal
• Tuberculocidal when used in an ultrasonic device
• Yeasticidal
• Limited virucidal against enveloped viruses, including HBV, HCV, HIV, and coronaviruses
• Effective against adenoviruses
• Effective against noroviruses

Diluted to a concentration of 2%. The 2.5 L bottle yields 125 L of solution.

Application

• Use for instrument disinfection according to VAH is recommended
• Bactericidal / yeasticidal 2% - 5 minutes
• Tuberculocidal in an ultrasonic device 2% - 60 minutes
• Virucidal against enveloped viruses 2% - 15 minutes
• Effective against adenoviruses 4% - 30 minutes
• Effective against noroviruses 4% - 60 minutes
