The AR38S repellent detects animal movement using a PIR sensor and automatically activates a water spray and flashing light. Its detection range is up to 8 m, while the sensor’s angle is 180°. The spray distance is up to 6 m and depends on the water pressure.

The sensor is activated by the heat and movement of living organisms, not by water droplets. The repellent features a polycrystalline silicon solar panel, a lithium battery, and a metal ground stake. It connects to a garden hose via a standard 3/4" connector and has an IP44 protection rating.
