Applications / Instructions for Use:

For Soft Cookies: Mix the blend with the liquid ingredients of the recipe (e.g. butter/oil, water or egg), add chocolate chips or nuts, portion and bake.

For Cereal Bars: Incorporate oats, honey, seeds, and dried fruits into the mixture, spread on a baking tray, bake lightly, and cut into individual bars.

Dosage for Soft Cookies: For 1,000 grams of mix, 150 grams of butter and 90 grams of water.

Dosage for Cereal Bars: For 1,500 grams of mix, 230 grams of butter, 180 grams of sunflower seeds, 150 grams of water, 230 grams of oats, 120 grams of chocolate chips, 180 grams of cranberries, and 130 grams of Aegina pistachios.

Instructions for Soft Cookies: Place everything together in the mixer for 2 minutes on low speed and 5 minutes on high speed. Portion about 70 grams each. Bake at 180°C – 190°C for about 10 minutes, depending on the oven.

Instructions for Cereal Bars: Mix the blend with the butter for 3 minutes at 2nd speed. Then add everything together for 2 minutes at 2nd speed. Spread on a 60×40 baking tray (1.5 - 2 cm thick) and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C. Cut after it has cooled.

Storage: In a shaded and cool place.
