Virde milk thistle oil is a food supplement containing 99.5% cold-pressed milk thistle seed oil and vitamin E. It contains fatty acids, phytonutrients and bioflavonoids, and has a mild, natural flavour characteristic of cold-pressed oils. Vitamin E contributes to antioxidant activity and helps protect cells from the effects of oxidative stress and free radicals.
The recommended daily dose for adults and children over 18 is one teaspoon twice a day. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, at a temperature of 5–25 °C and out of reach of children.
