Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, these oven dishes have high thermal resistance up to 270°C, making them suitable for oven cooking or gratinating vegetables. This technology makes the oven dishes resistant to thermal shock. The dishes can be transferred directly from the refrigerator, from temperatures as low as -20°C, into the oven.
Thanks to the design and shape of the oven dishes, as well as their specially treated material, heat is distributed evenly for gradual cooking and remarkable results.
