GlandBox is a wiring accessory for the side entry of cables into the EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller unit. It ensures a clean and professional installation when recessed cable routing is not feasible - for example, in historic buildings or temporary commercial premises. GlandBox provides secure cable fixing using red seals and integrates seamlessly with the CIE design, maintaining a sleek and tidy appearance.
Key features:
- Positions for cable seal installation: 16, for cable routing that is not hidden inside the wall. There are four positions on each side.
- Cable seal diameter: up to 20 mm. Cable seals are not included in the complete set.
- Drilling sockets: The breakaway drill is fixed in the socket and does not move during drilling. It is recommended to use a plastic drill bit with a diameter of up to 20 mm.
- Tamper protection: protection button. The perforated part of GlandBox is used for the EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller protection button, which is activated when the CIE is installed in GlandBox. An Ajax system sends notifications if any attempts are made to detach the GlandBox from the surface or remove the CIE from the mounting panel.

The bubble level allows checking the tilt angle of the enclosure. The intersection of two lines marks the center of the CIE, and the UP key marks its top.
