Telescope for beginner astronomers
The Levenhuk Skyline BASE 60T telescope is a refracting telescope designed for children and beginners in astronomy. The kit includes accessories that allow detailed study of the Moon and terrestrial objects. It is possible to observe planets of the Solar System, and some galaxies are also visible. The telescope is easy to use, requires minimal maintenance, and features quality optics.
Clear and high-contrast image
All of the telescope's lenses are made of optical glass and are coated with an anti-reflective coating. The optics provide high-contrast, sharp, and clear images. The Moon looks impressive at maximum magnification: it is possible to observe its craters larger than 8 km in diameter. The 5x optical finder scope makes it easier to aim at astronomical objects directly. Precise aiming is achieved by using a classic alt-azimuth mount. This mount allows easy movement of the optical tube along the axes. Even a child can handle this telescope.
For observing astronomical and terrestrial objects
The basic optical accessories are already included in the package. It is possible to achieve the appropriate magnification for observations by changing the eyepieces. The diagonal mirror is necessary for studying terrestrial objects, as it corrects the inverted image (telescopes invert the image top to bottom).
Aluminum tripod and accessory tray
The package also includes an aluminum tripod. The height of its legs can be adjusted, allowing the telescope to be set up even on uneven surfaces. An accessory tray is included in the package.
