Top End Piston Set (Cast Race) – Cast piston, developed with Vertex technology and race-profile design.
- All pistons have undergone heat treatment with T-5 hardening and annealing cycles.
- All piston surfaces are coated with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide layer for faster break-in and increased piston life.
- The cast piston sets are made from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicon content, producing an extremely lightweight yet very strong piston.
- The top end piston sets include piston, rings, piston pin, circlips, and top end gaskets.
Replacement piston rings for two-stroke engines are sold separately. Piston rings for four-stroke engines are sold as sets.
