Electronic ignition system with single spark
The Dyna "S" electronic ignition system provides the capability of special ignition for the front and rear cylinder independently, allowing much more precise ignition timing for each cylinder. The typical ignition system fires both cylinders simultaneously, which can lead to harder starting, increased engine vibrations, backfiring, and raw fuel returning to the carburetor.
Dynamometer tests show dramatic power improvement across all ranges, with motorcycles equipped with hotter camshafts showing the greatest improvement.
