Fork Springs
Moose fork springs are made from high-quality chrome-silicon wire. Each spring is cold wound and undergoes thermal treatment. The springs are pre-adjusted and leveled to the correct length before polishing for maximum performance.
All springs have laser-engraved the price at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 class 1 standards.
All springs go through the following stages:
- cold winding
- thermal treatment
- hardening
- shot peening
- edge grinding
- polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation
- engraving the part number at the end of the spring
