Specifications
The fork springs Moose are made from high-quality chrome-silicon alloy wire. Each spring is cold-rolled and heat-treated for better performance. They are pre-set and smoothed to length before the polishing process.
All springs have the part number laser-engraved at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 category 1 standards. The manufacturing process includes:
- Cold rolling
- Heat treatment
- Hardening
- Sandblasting
- Smoothing of the ends
- Polishing for reduced friction
The springs ensure smoother operation and have the part number engraved at the end.
