Specifications
The Moose fork springs are made using high-quality chromium-silicon wire. Each spring is cold wound and then heat-treated. The springs are pre-set and ground to the correct length before polishing for maximum performance. All springs have a laser-engraved coefficient at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 standards category 1. All springs undergo the following stages:
- cold winding
- heat treatment
- hardening
- shot-peening
- edge grinding
- polishing to reduce friction and ensure smoother operation
- engraving the part number at the end of the spring
