HODAF Creatine Patch Pre Workout is a transdermal patch designed for athletes and individuals seeking better physical performance during training. The formula combines multiple forms of creatine, L-taurine, and vitamin B12, supporting energy metabolism, muscle strength, and endurance during physical exertion.

Directions for use: Apply one patch to a clean and dry area of the skin about 20–30 minutes before training. The active ingredients are released gradually during use. For optimal results, the patch can be worn for up to 8 hours. After training is completed, remove and discard the patch.
