Voltage stabilizer for professional equipment with a three-phase servo motor control system. The stabilizer uses SERVO control technology, where a servo motor controls the position of the regulator’s moving arm. This solution allows the unit to automatically respond to changes in supply parameters and smoothly correct the input voltage without manual intervention, ensuring a stabilized 380 V output voltage.
Precise output voltage stabilization with an accuracy of ±3%.
The stabilizer maintains a nominal output voltage of 380 V AC with an accuracy of ±3%. This means that during normal operation, the output voltage is stabilized within approximately 368.6–391.4 V AC. The measurement system continuously monitors the supply parameters, while the servo motor control system automatically corrects any deviation in the input voltage. This helps reduce the impact of power grid fluctuations on connected machines, industrial equipment, and other three-phase loads.
Monitoring each stage for greater system safety
Six-transformer system – Independent control and voltage regulation in each phase. Models with rated power from 15 to 40 kVA are equipped with a six-transformer system, consisting of 3 automatic Variac transformers for regulation and 3 compensation transformers. Each phase has its own separate control unit, allowing independent correction of the voltages L1, L2, and L3. The automatic Variac transformers work together with a servo mechanism to adjust the regulation level, while the compensation transformers increase or decrease the voltage depending on the current parameters of the power grid. This solution ensures smooth stabilization, output voltage accuracy of ±3%, and reliable operation of the connected equipment.
Multi-level protection for three-phase installations
The integrated Multi-Protection system helps reduce the risk of damage to machines, industrial equipment, and other three-phase loads, ensuring increased reliability and continuity of operation.
The stabilizer provides protection against:
- phase and neutral reversal,
- loss of one phase,
- incorrect phase sequence,
- loss of neutral wire,
- excessive surges.
Stable voltage for heat pumps, compressors, and advanced electronic control systems.
With models available in rated power from 10 to 40 kVA, the voltage stabilizer can be selected to meet the requirements of a specific installation and can be used, among others, to power:
- three-phase heat pumps,
- compressors, motors, and pumps,
- production machines and machine tools,
- industrial automation systems,
- cooling and air-conditioning equipment,
- servers, ICT cabinets, and network infrastructure,
- heating systems and technical installations,
- office devices and professional electronic equipment.
Main parameters are always clearly displayed on the easy-to-use LCD screen.
The built-in LCD display allows real-time monitoring of the stabilizer’s operating parameters for each of the three phases. The display shows voltage and current values for phases L1, L2, and L3, enabling the user to quickly assess the condition of the power source and detect any abnormalities. Clear messages make it easier to identify the cause of a fault and take appropriate action.
The panel also indicates key operating states and warnings, such as:
- undervoltage or overvoltage,
- overload,
- overheating,
- loss of one phase.
