The Bodhi Zafu Eco meditation cushion has a round shape and elevates the pelvis, supporting the spine and helping the hips and knees relax in a seated position. The spelt-husk filling conforms to the shape of the body and provides firm support.
The cover is made from organic cotton and has a concealed zipper to adjust the amount of filling and the height of the cushion. The handle makes it easy to carry and store. It is used for meditation, yoga and pranayama.
