Suitable for high volume printing, plain text and frequent use as they offer faster speeds for black and white printing but slower for color. They use more expensive consumables (toner/drum) but with longer lifespan.

Inkjet printers with refillable tanks so you can fill the printer ink yourself with special ink bottles. They allow for producing large volumes of prints at a lower printing cost.

They combine a printer, scanner, or fax. Often they function as photocopiers without the need for connection to a computer.

21 x 30cm. The most common paper size for all uses.

A5

15 x 21cm. Usually used for flyers.
