We humans need words to describe what we see, imagine, or feel. Words also help us form ideas and thoughts. Even to explain how we are!
But if you use them uncritically, they can put you in a box. If you cry, are you a crybaby? If you get emotional, are you overly sensitive? We humans are not one, two, or three words. We are many together. AND THAT IS OKAY.
In this book, you will learn about the labels others put on us or the ones we put on ourselves, and how we can free ourselves from them.
When we continuously use one word to describe someone, we say we have labeled them. And then, that word starts to grow. And it grows so much that we no longer see the person.
