The FLAME® ceramic withstands temperatures up to 290 °C, providing perfect cooking and well-preserved flavors. Its glaze protects against scratches and chipping, and allows for dishwasher cleaning. It is 30% lighter than other metal utensils and can be used over an open flame, in the oven, and in the microwave. It withstands strong mechanical shocks and maintains the temperature of the food for a long time.
