The production process follows the vulcanization method using heat and pressure, without the addition of glue, ensuring greater flexibility and durability, as well as an authentic finish with subtle imperfections that highlight their handmade character.
The zero-drop sole made of natural rubber and cork offers maximum flexibility and ground contact, promoting a natural way of walking that respects the body's biomechanics. They feature a removable dual-density insole with a 6-millimeter slope, which, thanks to its softer structure in the heel, balances the body's weight, providing stable footing and an added sense of comfort.
- Upper: 90% organic cotton, 10% cow leather certified according to the Leather Working Group (LWG) protocol.
- Lining: 100% organic cotton.
- Laces: 80% polyester, 20% elastane.
- Insole: Fabric made from recycled polyester with a polyurethane foam base (20% recycled material), shaped with heat and pressure.
- Sole: Rubber reinforced with 50% natural rubber and 100% natural cork, compressed with heat and pressure for greater durability and flexibility.
