Skimmed milk powder is a concentrate of pasteurized cow's milk with a milky color and aroma. It is homogenized, concentrated, and dried in special dryers at temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius. The resulting powder is sieved and cooled. Skimmed milk powder ensures a stable supply of milk with a long shelf life, suitable for home, office, or travel. It only needs to be mixed with hot water in the required ratio or added to a favorite beverage. Milk powder can be added to all cereals and used for preparing sweets and dishes that require fresh milk. It does not require boiling – after pasteurization, drying, and coagulation, no pathogens remain, and it is considered a safe product. Suitable for all ages, except for infant nutrition.
