Xenon kit Type B. The bulbs of a xenon kit differ from conventional ones because instead of a filament, they contain a mixture of gases which is "ignited" by electric current to produce light. This mixture consists largely of the gas xenon, which also gives these products their name.
A xenon kit or a xenon replacement bulb is commonly used in low beam headlights, high beam headlights, and fog lights.
