Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fibre are used as a sweetener and as a gelatine substitute. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, as most of them serve as a nutritional substrate for the growth of the normal bacterial flora in the gut (mainly the Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus genera).

Lamberts® Vitamin C 250 mg gummies are manufactured in the UK in accordance with strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Children aged 4 years and over should chew 1 gummy daily.
Adults: chew 1 to 2 gummies daily or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
