Ways to use Essentielle Cohesion:

• Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser.
• Sensual roll-on: 10 to 18 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil.
• Body oil: 30 to 60 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil (e.g., apricot kernel, sweet almond, cranberry oil, etc.).
