Pranarom organic lemon essential oil is obtained by cold-pressing the outer peel of the lemon. It has a citrusy, lemon-like aroma and is used to fragrance rooms, in massages, and for aromatherapy.
In aromatherapy, the scent of lemon is associated with relaxation, reducing tension and fatigue, and improving concentration. For external use, dilute the oil in a carrier oil. Applying it undiluted may cause skin irritation, and use before sun exposure is not recommended.
