Type IIR children's surgical masks are single-use and feature three layers: an inner and outer layer of Spunbond nonwoven fabric and an intermediate antibacterial filter. The bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) is ≥ 98%, in accordance with the SR EN 14683 + AC:2019 standard for Class I, Type IIR medical devices.

Each mask has ear loops and an adjustable metal nose strip. It is made of polypropylene, is latex-free, and is moisture-resistant. When wearing the mask, place the colored side facing out and fit the strip over the nose. Replace the mask every four hours, or sooner if it gets wet or damaged, and discard it after use.
