The Laserliner ThermoSpot infrared thermometer uses an 8-point laser circle to target the surface and measures temperature without contact. The distance-to-spot ratio is 50:1, while the adjustable emissivity setting allows the measurement to be adapted. The connection for a Type K temperature probe also supports contact temperature measurements.

The display can show different values simultaneously, such as the minimum, maximum, average, or differential value. The auto-hold function temporarily stores the last measurement, while the color alarm highlights deviations from the desired temperature range. Data is transferred via the Digital Connection interface.
