YLE

The Cambridge English: Young Learners exams, also known as Young Learners English (YLE), assess the performance of children aged 7-12 in the skills of comprehension and production of written and oral language in English. The exams have been designed with a focus on fun learning. Children are encouraged in their efforts to obtain certification by earning "shields" that record their progress.
