The Calumet filter is a neutral ND8x SMC filter that reduces the amount of light reaching the sensor. It allows you to control exposure and depth of field, as well as increase exposure time for effects such as “silky water” and blurred clouds.
It is made from Japanese AGC glass with a 6H-hardened surface and has a 3.3 mm-thick aluminum frame. Its coatings are hydrophobic, oleophobic, anti-reflective, and scratch-resistant. A protective case is included.
