Moose Fork Springs use high-quality chromed silicone wire. Each spring is cold-rolled and then heat-treated. The springs are pre-set and ground to the length before being polished for maximum performance. All springs have the coefficient laser-engraved at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 standards category 1. All springs go through the following stages:

• cold rolling
• heat treatment
• hardening
• shot peening
• edge grinding
• polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation
